my cali trip!

well, i got home from cali like wednesday morning at some god awful hour.....i think like 5 or 6 or something like that. i pretty much missed all of wednesday and half of thursday. aren't red eye's so much fun....anyways, i'm writing to tell everyone about my trip and not about how tired i am, so here goes:

ok.....i landed in L.A. around 9:30 thursday nite.....was picked up by andrew and his dad.....went back to their house and pretty much crashed for the nite.

friday, i woke up at like 9 or 10 (don't really remember) and went to watch andrew pole vault. it was pretty fun to watch. i still think he could jump higher....i mean he has a 14 ft pole and he is only clearing 12 ft.....now don't u think he would be able to clear at least 14 ft??? well, i do. anyways....it was pretty cool. ummmm....then we walked home and matt came over and then matt, beth, meynard, tiffany, andrew, and me went to the beach and had a bonfire. it was awesome. smores r sooooo good....except when u keep burning the marshmallows....beth had a really big pile of crispy marshmallows by the end of the nite. then andrew and meynard decided to go skinny dipping....and of course, like good citizens the rest of us r, we just had to take their clothes so that no strangers would take them while they were in the water. it was awesome! i got so many pictures, omg....it was hilarious. i need to get my camera developed tomorrow, lol!!!

anyways, saturday someone who should remain nameless (andrew) woke me up at 11....how rude was that?? jk, then lets see, what did we do?? it was a long time ago so i have to remember...oh thats right....after i was so rudely woken up, we went to the park and walked around, looking at all the little baby squirrels and the ducks...and we saw these 3 little dogs who were soaking wet cause they went in the water trying to chase the ducks. they were so cute tho, but really really wet. after the park, andrew, beth and me went to the beach and tried to get a little tan.....wasn't the greatest weather tho. it seems that every time i go to cali i bring bad weather....it's just not cool. anyways....we went home and got some trejoes (i hope i'm spelling that right) mmmmmm....real mexican food. it was amazing. then we had a jacuzzi party....bubbles and all.....it was fun.....see meynard and tiffany, u guys should've been there....u guys missed us picking on matt. shame on u.

anyways, sunday i called my parents and asked to stay a few more days, cause i just wasn't ready to go home yet.....u know how that deal goes......this time it actually worked tho.....amazing, i know i am. so i got to stay till tuesday nite, awesome, huh???

so after i dealt with all the parent drama, we made aebleskivers (aka pancake balls) they r so awesome....i think i'm gonna make some more on saturday....they were so yummy. ummmmm....after that i think we went to the park...hmmmmmmmmm...i think i got my days messed up....ok yeah we only went to the beach saturday and i forgot the detail about getting jamba juice...how could i forget that??? jamba juice is awesome. so we went to the park sunday, did the whole squirrel and ducky thing which i wrote about above....but i'm too lazy to go change it...it is like 1am here. anyways, went out for japanese food that nite and i think that was it....oh wait...kevin arrived that nite too.....he got his mexican food that he was dying for.

monday, woke up, went to watch andrew pole vault again....he keeps hurting himself....he should really stop doing that. then went to main street with tiffany and meynard...ate at ruby's then went to some candy and ice cream shop... had a pretty good time. i think we might of gone in the jacuzzi again too. i'm really bad at remembering things. ate chicken cheese rolls that nite....yummy stuff. oh and made a banana cream pie. it was amazing.....mmmm yummy.

tuesday, was woken up by bird sounds....thank u for that kevin and matt. went to the beach and took pictures of kev and matt surfing....it was pretty cool, but matt...i think u need to learn to stay on the top of the water and not underneath it.....just a hint of advice. ummmmm....went back to the house...watched some tv then went to buca de beppo for dinner....then i had to pack and leave for the airport, boohooo :(

so i got home wednesday morning and pretty much have been asleep every since. i miss everyone in cali....i had an awesome time....and wanna go back really soon.
